Silang, Cavite — Sisters of Mary of Banneux, Inc. celebrated its 10th Moving Up Ceremony on April 7, 2026, at the school gymnasium, centered on the theme: "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character."

The program, moderated by Mr. Vergel Abalos, LPT, and Mrs. Jamilah Bello, LPT, focused on honoring the achievements of the Junior High School completers
.
Certificates of completion were awarded to the entire batch, followed by the presentation of medals to students who demonstrated excellence in academic performance, extra-curricular activities, club leadership, and technical skills. These honors were presented with the assistance of the Sisters, the school registrar, and the faculty members.

Dr. Arne B. Barcelo, the invited guest speaker, shared a moving account of her time as a student at the Sisters of Mary of Banneux, Inc., detailing the challenges she overcame to achieve her current success. She challenged the completers not only to match her achievements but to surpass them by remaining competent and staying true to the virtues instilled by the institution.

Following this, Ms. Jeremiel Anne Vidal of Grade 10-A delivered an inspiring speech on behalf of her batchmates. She expressed deep gratitude to the teachers, Sisters, and her fellow classmates, while also offering a special tribute to the school’s founder, Venerable Aloysius Schwartz, for his mission to provide opportunities to students from the "poorest of the poor."

The ceremony concluded on a high note with the performance of an original Moving Up song, composed by the 36th batch students and led by Ms. Alirah Santos.
