The Sisters of Mary inaugurated a Girlstown in the Pwani Region of Tanzania on August 22, 2019. They further extended their mission with the opening of a Boystown in Dodoma on September 21, 2023.
Currently, the Kisarawe Girlstown, Day Care Center, Training Center, and Dodoma Boystown care for 1,351 students, highlighting the Sisters’ commitment to improving educational opportunities for disadvantaged youth in Tanzania.
