REGISTRAR'S OFFICE

The Registrar’s Office is the repository of all student records. Hence, the office prepares the report cards and other official academic documents of the students. It makes available to students their Transcript of Records upon request. It also prepares the certificates of enrollment and graduation, and other documents related to student records, as well as letters of recommendation, if so requested.

Admission and Enrollment

The Sisters of Mary School is a boarding school that admits students from the poorest of poor families. Students coming from the Luzon region are housed in Cavite campuses, while those from the Visayas and Mindanao regions are accommodated in Cebu campuses.

Admission is granted with the definite understanding that the students, along with their parents or guardians, fully agree to and follow without reservation to all the policies, rules, and regulations of the school.
