SMBI celebrates Feast of the Virgin of the Poor

SILANG, CAVITE — Yesterday, the SMBI community celebrated the Feast of the Virgin of the Poor, beginning with a Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Rev. Msgr. Guissepe Trentadue and Rev. Fr. Guilherme.
Initiated by the Sisters and involving students, faculty members, and non-teaching workers, the event continued with a procession of the image of the Virgin of the Poor from the Gymnasium to the esplanade.
The program concluded with a student-led poem reading, a flower offering accompanied by a hymn, and the formal coronation of the image.
