SMSGI Kicks Off 40th Founding Anniversary with a Grand Celebration

The Sisters of Mary School–Girlstown, Inc. (SMSGI) joyfully marked the opening of the 40th Founding Anniversary of the Sisters of Mary School–Philippines with a grand and spirited celebration.
The event began with the much-awaited Grand Banner Reveal, a colorful showcase of artistry and symbolism that highlighted the school’s legacy of faith, service, and education. The excitement continued with the Cheering Competition, where students radiated energy, creativity, and unity, proudly expressing their Marian spirit and school pride.
This opening celebration sets the tone for a month-long celebration designed to commemorate four decades of the Sisters of Mary School’s mission of “forming children for a better world.” The festivities will culminate on August 14, 2025, bringing together students, teachers, and the entire SMS community to honor the institution’s remarkable journey and enduring commitment to holistic formation.
As the 40th Anniversary unfolds, SMSGI looks back with gratitude and looks forward with hope—continuing its mission of shaping lives through education, discipline, and love of God.
