SISTERS OF MARY SCHOOL–ADLAS, INC. — The Sisters of Mary School–Adlas, Inc. conducted a Power Mac Training from September 22 to 25, 2025, at the multimedia room of the school library, aimed at enhancing the digital competencies of both students and teachers.
The training was facilitated by representatives from Power Mac Center and focused on the effective and responsible use of modern technology in education. Grade 11 students participated in the sessions over three days, with classes organized into morning and afternoon groups to ensure better engagement. Faculty members also took part in the training, highlighting the school’s inclusive approach to digital learning.
Recently, the school acquired more than 40 iPad units, which were utilized as the main tools during the hands-on activities. Participants were guided on how to maximize the features of the iPads to support teaching and learning processes.
The program aimed to equip students and teachers with practical digital skills, promote responsible device usage, and encourage the integration of technology into classroom instruction. School officials emphasized that the initiative aligns with the institution’s goal of preparing learners and educators for a technology-driven learning environment.
Through the Power Mac Training, the Sisters of Mary School–Adlas, Inc. reaffirmed its commitment to innovative education and to providing its community with meaningful, engaging, and future-ready learning experiences.
